Overview

The Hollow Glade is a hidden sanctuary where Oren lives after being exiled from Vallenglen. It is one of the oldest sacred places in Sylvanholt, where the Song still resonates strongly.

Description

  • Surrounded by ancient trees with bark streaked with pale lichen
  • Home to Oren's burrow, built from living root and weathered stone
  • Contains hidden alcove with relics and a tablet revealing the Crown's true nature
  • The most sacred of all the sanctuaries — even stronger than Vallenglen

The Song Here

The Song hums louder here than anywhere else. It is a place where:

  • The resonance is saturated
  • The Song speaks clearly
  • Visitors may experience visions

Book II

Oren brings Silas here to teach him the truth about:

  • The origins of Noctimancy
  • The Great Root Severing
  • The Night of Hollow Flames
  • The Crown's true purpose

He reveals the tablet showing the Crown requires the Heir's sacrifice.

After Silas surrenders to Malakar, the remaining party (Liora, Ephraim, Tobias) returns to the Hollow Glade. Oren attunes their weapons using a pure Resonant Anvil. He then directs them to use the Red Hollow tunnels to approach the Spire undetected.
