Elder Dalen (Mycen) oversees the village.

Book II

Silas and the Vallenglen refugees arrive here after the fall of Vallenglen. Elder Dalen welcomes them warmly, offering food, shelter, and rest. This is the first true sanctuary they find after the battle.
