Root Nexus

A chamber deep beneath the earth where the deepest roots of the First Oak converge. It is one of the strongest resonance points in Sylvanholt.

Book II

Tobias brings Liora and Ephraim to Alderfen to find help for Silas. His grandmother reveals the location of the Root Nexus beneath the village. This becomes a key location in planning the rescue mission.

Significance

The Root Nexus represents the heart of the First Oak's connection to Sylvanholt — where the Song flows strongest and the ancient relics can be accessed.
