Ardenfire
The true use of the First Song — channeling its resonance as magical fire/energy.
Overview
Ardenfire is not "fire" in the literal sense. It's the art of channeling the First Song's resonance into tangible effects. Different practitioners develop affinities for different "Harmonies."

Silas's Unique Power
The Living Flame
Silas has blue Ardenfire — not gold. This is unprecedented. His flame:
- Responds to intent, not forcing
- Can heal (not just destroy)
- Can create shields
- Works with multiple Harmonies naturally
- Is connected to the First Song at its deepest level

Training
Liora teaches Silas that Ardenfire isn't "cast" or "summoned" — it's remembered. The Song exists in everything; practitioners learn to attune to it.
Against Noctimancy
Noctimancy is Ardenfire's opposite — twisted resonance. Ardenfire can counteract Noctimancy, but corrupted weapons can resist it.
